Tip 1: Once desired eyeliner tail size has been chosen, place the stencil next to the lower eyelid; use two fingers to hold it in place. To get a perfect match on both eyes, mark the distance fron the wing to the bottom of your brow.
Tip 2: Use the slanted brush to fill in the wing as desired.
Tip 3: Connect the wing to the inner corner of your eyelid to complete your cat-eye look.
