If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping and any PayPal/Credit Card processing fees (if applicable). We ship all of our packages using US Postal Service and UPS. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting our Order Status Page. As a general guideline, please allow 3-7 business days for USPS First-Class mail delivery, 2-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 2 business days for USPS Express Mail, 6-12 business days for Global Priority Mail, and 4-7 business days for Global Express Mail.
Your order will be shipped promptly. However, the US Postal Service and UPS do not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package. First-Class and Priority Shipping can take 3 to 6 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December). Please Note: Madame Madeline is not responsible/liable for any UP Postal Service/UPS's error during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
