Their Nail-Strengthening Treatment Base Coat promotes strong, healthy looking, beautiful nails without the use of formaldehyde and manages soft, peeling, weak, thin, rigid, dry and brittle nails. This formula conditions, strengthens nails, promotes hardness, fills ridges, and helps flexibility all in one DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde Free formula!

For Natural and Artificial nails!

• DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde Free
• Fast Drying
• Non-Yellowing
• UV Inhibitor
• Not tested on animals

Directions:
Apply to clean, dry nails as a basecoat. If desired, apply two coats of color.

Ingredients:
