To track your order that was shipped
via U.S. Postal Service and UPS, please click on the link provided
in the table below. A new browser will open and direct you to
the U.S. Postal Service or UPS Track & Confirm page. Enter
the Delivery Confirmation (or Tracking) number that was sent to
you via email to track your order. Important:
You will only receive a USPS Delivery Confirmation number for
U.S. based address only. You will not receive a delivery confirmation
number for USPS shipments (except Global Express Mail) to other
international locations (including shipments to APO/AFP, and Canada).
Shipments via UPS will receive a tracking number for the U.S.,
Canada, and most International locations.
Note: Your order number (ID) is not
the same as your tracking number. Your order number will be only
numeric less than 5 numbers (e.g. 12345). For domestic shipping,
the tracking (delivery confirmation) number will be numeric with
30 numbers (e.g. 12 3456 7899 1011 1345 6789 1011 12), and alphanumeric
for international shipping. If you did not receive a confirmation
email (that contains your tracking number) for your order, please
contact us.
All U.S.P.S. (and UPS) packages, except those
to APO/FPO addresses, are shipped with delivery confirmation.
You can use the confirmation number on USPS's website to confirm
whether a package has been shipped or delivered. However, the
confirmation does not allow you to track the package en route
during transit as UPS and FedEx do. Please
Note: The US Postal Service do not guarantee time and date
of delivery. Typical delivery time for USPS First-Class mail is
3 to 6 days, and 2 to 4 days for USPS Priority Mail. Your
package, shipped with First-Class and Priority Mail, can take
2 to 6 business days longer to deliver during the holidays (especially
December).
