You can track the status of your order online at MadameMadeline.com. Click on Order Status tab on the top navigation menu to check the status of your most recent order. Enter your Order ID and E-mail used at checkout to view the shipment status. For shipments shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), delivery status can be retrieved form UPS.com

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt for any unused, unopened products. We offer USPS Express Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air for shipments within the continental U.S. Both of these shipping methods are not overnight service and will take 2 business days from the date of shipment to deliver. Shipments to APO/AFO located abroad will take longer to deliver. Our P.O. Box customers must use USPS Shipping only as UPS does not delivery to P.O. Box addresses. International shipments (including Canada), we offer Express Mail International. This shipping method typically takes 4 to 7 business days to Canada and 8 to 10 business days to other international locations. Express orders received by 2 p.m. PST Monday-Friday ship same day; orders received after 2 p.m. PST ship the next business day. (We'll send an email confirming when your order has shipped.) Delivery time estimates are based on orders received before 2 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. I ran into problem placing an order online, how do I order direct? Our shopping cart is cross browser compatible, however, there can be unexpected script error from time to time.
