Where is my order? 

You can track the status of your order online at MadameMadeline.com. Click on Order Status tab on the top navigation menu to check the status of your most recent order. Enter your Order ID and E-mail used at checkout to view the shipment status.

For shipments shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), delivery status can be retrieved form USPS.com

For shipments shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), delivery status can be retrieved form UPS.com

Please note tracking information is not available for First-Class Mail International shipments. Parcels shipped to APO/AFO addresses and other U.S. territories also can not be tracked.


How do I exchange or return my items?

We want you to love our falsies and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt for any unused, unopened products.

How to Return:

Please print and fill out our return/exchange form and include it with any unused, unopened merchandise you are returning.

We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like USPS with Delivery/ Signature Confirmation, FEDEX or UPS.

Your return will be given top priority and will be processed immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of return parcel.

 

What is your shipping costs & delivery schedule?

Madame Madeline offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $100 and over. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted when you select "First-Class" shipping at checkout. For shipments totaling less than $100, shipping cost will apply. Below is our shipping charges and delivery schedule.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer USPS Express Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air for shipments within the continental U.S. Both of these shipping methods are not overnight service and will take 2 business days from the date of shipment to deliver. Shipments to APO/AFO located abroad will take longer to deliver. Our P.O. Box customers must use USPS Shipping only as UPS does not delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

International shipments (including Canada), we offer Express Mail International. This shipping method typically takes 4 to 7 business days to Canada and 8 to 10 business days to other international locations.

Express orders received by 2 p.m. PST Monday-Friday ship same day; orders received after 2 p.m. PST ship the next business day. (We'll send an email confirming when your order has shipped.) Delivery time estimates are based on orders received before 2 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.




Is shopping on Madame Madeline safe and secure?

Madame Madeline understand how important security is to you and shall protect the security of your personal information and credit card details when you shop with us online. We use PayPal and Authorizenet to process credit cards and bank transfers. Industrial level 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets layer) technology is used to protect the security of your credit card and personal information by encrypting your personal information you provide during the checkout process so that it can not be read as it travels through the internet.

We don't stop there. Madame Madeline follows the industry standard PCI Compliance requirements to make our site safe and secure for credit card purchases. Additionally, we also take extra precaution to protect our customer's billing information by NOT storing credit card numbers after the order has been processed. Your credit card information is automatically deleted after we processed the order.

If you are uneasy paying with credit card online, you can also fax or mail-in your card card information. If you prefer to fax or mail in payment option, please select Money Order or Fax payment from the drop-down menu during checkout. Alternatively, you can also place an order via e-mail. To order, simply email us the products (and quantity) you like to purchase. We will reply you with your order total and easy payment instruction.

 

I ran into problem placing an order online, how do I order direct?

Our shopping cart is cross browser compatible, however, there can be unexpected script error from time to time.

Common Problem:

  • If the shopping cart becomes empty, please make sure to enable the cookies feature of your web browser. Then try to recover the items in the shopping cart by visiting the following link http://www.madamemadeline.com/online_shoppe/cart.asp

  • If coupon code was not applied properly at checkout, please proceed to complete the purchase. Next, email us the Order ID you received at checkout and a valid coupon code (Limit one coupon code per purchase). We will apply the coupon to your order and will promptly refund the discount amount via original payment.

If you are having problem with the shopping cart for any reason, you can always order from us direct via e-mail instead. To order direct, simply email us the products (and quantity) you like to purchase at Order@MadameMadeline.com For example, 10 Demi Wispies Black, 1 Ardell LashGrip Adhesive Clear Tone, etc., etc..
